Tags: Breast Correction 43 year old, 5'8", 185 lbs. woman with developmental breast asymmetry that required corrective surgery during her teenage years. She presented now with persistent asymmetry in the shape and size of her breasts. The corrective cosmetic surgery involved removal of the old right breast implant followed by augmentation of both breasts with saline implants of different sizes and breast lift surgery on the left side. She is shown about 2 months post-operatively with much better breast symmetry.
